Day 2

Menu utk semalam

Breakfast
Shake
-->2 scoop F1 + 1 scoop F3 + 1 green apple + some water + ice cubes

Lunch
-->Mihun sup (mihun+some spinach+some chicken+some telur)

Tea
-->tea mix- 1 bekas air
-->1 piece of creampuff + 1 currypuff + 1 'kuih apam' = RM1

Evening
--> Workout- jogging+sit up

Dinner
-->curik2 some bihun grg yg faris nye (hehe..i always cheat on my diet)
-->Shake -( 2 scoop F1 + 1 scoop F3 + sunquick + water+ice)

Conclusion of the day --> my green apple shake tu xbrape sedap coz apple tu x masam sgt.. aku still rs cam nk muntah2 sket..but it's better than my first shake! yang lunch tu act baki makanan danish smlm.. pg tu aku juz tambh bihun..best! before balik keje tu aku minum teamix tu.. pas minum aku rs cam berdebar+lapar gle. aku pun straight pegi cenderawasih beli some food..tu pun aku tahan dr bli byk2.. on da way blk k.noni ajak pi taman.. bagus2.. berjaya gak la aku pusing 2 round tasik tu + some sit up+etc. mlm tu lak i tried shake with sunquick.. and it's yummylicious..besh2.. pasni nk gune sunquick jela...more jimat + best..
