Lunch
--> Laksa kuah lemak (dun know y k.noni bought dis) + some mihun
Tea time
-->some koko crunch (curik danish nye)
Workout
--> 2 lap jogging + 1 lap walking + 45x sit up + etc
Dinner
-->2pieces of murtabak yg telah dipotong2
-->sunquick shake
Conclusion of da day
--> i still can't handle myself from curik2 mkn.. huhu.. aku ni pantang jumpe..huhu.. irresistible btol...
